A Little Photomatix?...

Well, I am finally trying my hand at HDR... and so of course these pictures are rather garish and overdone, but hey, everyone has to go through this stage with HDR methinks... (lol, these are even watermarked... for now I'm too cheap to buy photomatix... maybe after I finish photoshopping a current project and get paid...

These are both straight out of Photomatix... no photoshopping to fix up alignment errors/halos/etc/etc... It is late and we are doing cement work tomorrow, so sleeping is more important..

DanceSport 2009

I went and shot at DanceSport US Amateur Championships earlier this year, and finally am posting a few shots from it.  The top three couples here were all visiting professional dances who competed against each other.  They were absolutely amazing to watch.
